CHEESE & CARAMELISED ONION CROQUETTES

  • 3 large potatoes mashed

  • 50ml plant milk

  • 80g caramelised onions

  • 70g meltable vegan cheese

optional 70g cashew cheese (I use “I am nut ok” cheese for both)

  • Frying oil

  • 150g flour


  1. Combine a little of the mashed potatoes with a bit of flour until it doesn’t stick anymore

  2. Add 1tsp of caramelised onions and 1 cube of each cheese inside the potato mix and roll into a ball

  3. Fry until golden and crispy
