3-4 Slices tofu (cauldron is my fave because the liquid is used to coat)
3tbsp panic breadcrumbs or nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp chicken seasoning
1/2 tsp nigella seeds
1/2 tsp herbes de Provence
1/2 tsp black salt
1 tsp olive oil
Mix the panko/yeast with all the spices
Cut the tofu without drying it
Coat the tofu slices with the mix
Air fry or pan fry with a tsp of olive oil for 8mn
