Crispy eggy tofu

3-4 Slices tofu (cauldron is my fave because the liquid is used to coat)

3tbsp panic breadcrumbs or nutritional yeast

1/2 tsp chicken seasoning

1/2 tsp nigella seeds

1/2 tsp herbes de Provence

1/2 tsp black salt

1 tsp olive oil


  1. Mix the panko/yeast with all the spices

  2. Cut the tofu without drying it

  3. Coat the tofu slices with the mix

  4. Air fry or pan fry with a tsp of olive oil for 8mn
