Easy strawberry tatin with @medcuisineg sweet sesame sauce
-1Roll puff pastry
-150g fresh strawberries
-30g vegan butter (I like flora)
-40g Demerara sugar
- @medcuisineg sweet sesame sauce
- vanilla ice cream
* Preheat the oven at 180c for convection 170 for fan
* Roll the puff pastry and cut out a circle of the size of the inside of your pan
* In a pan add the butter and sugar, melt on medium heat while stirring
* Once the sugar is melted add your strawberries cut in half in a close circle
* Cook for a couple of minutes
* Cover the strawberries with the puff pastry circle
* Slide onto a baking tray, brush the juices all over and bake for 15-20mn until the pastry is golden
* Wait for it to cool down before attempting to flip onto a dish
* Top with ice cream, @medcuisineg sweet sesame butter sauce and whatever your heart desires!
